Add 1 liter of room temperature water to your Makgeolli Kit. Mix thoroughly and follow the package instructions for the best results. Enjoy brewing your own makgeolli!

Close the package tightly and shake it up and down 2-3 times. Shake more if you prefer. After two days, natural fermentation will dissolve any clumps. Ensure the package is sealed properly to avoid spills.

Ferment makgeolli at room temperature (20-25°C or 68-77°F) for about 48 hours. For lighter makgeolli with 1% alcohol, ferment an extra 24 hours. For a non-alcoholic probiotic drink, 10 hours is enough. Keep the area free from direct sunlight.

The alcohol content varies with fermentation time. After 48 hours, makgeolli has 6% alcohol. For lower alcohol, ferment for 24 hours. Refrigerate to stop fermentation. Consume responsibly.
